How quickly can you install a machine at my location?

Often times clients want a machine installed within a week or two of contacting us. We are able to expedite machine installs. Just need to make sure we give our movers time to get the machine properly installed at your location.

How much does it cost to have a machine at my location?

Clients often ask if there are any upfront costs or fees involved in placing a vending machine on their premises. Many vending operators offer machines at no cost, making money from product sales instead.​

 

Who is responsible for restocking the machine?

Clients want to know how often the machine will be restocked, who fixes it if it breaks, and what level of involvement is required on their part. We take care of everything for you!

 

What kinds of products do you offer?

We customize the product selection to suit your customer base (e.g., healthy snacks, drinks, and hygiene products).  

What payment options do we offer?

Many clients are curious whether the machines accept cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments (like Apple Pay or Google Pay), and if they offer contactless options. We offer all varieties of payment options for our machines.

 

What happens if a customer loses money or a product gets stuck?

Clients often want to know the procedure for refunds and how customer service issues are handled. For cash transactions, customers are encouraged to contact the property about the issue. Should it be an electronic transaction, they are instructed to contact us via email to take care of any processing payment issues.
